Please use the NRIC number and the same mobile number that you have used to register at Elissa Medical Clinic to sign up for a new account in the app. If you have not previously registered at Elissa Medical Clinic, please call +65 6312 2632 to do so before requesting for E-Queue or Tele-Medicine.

For Tele-Medicine patients who are unable to pay by credit card via the in-app payment system:

Please scan the following QR code to make payment via PayLah!, eNets, NetsPay, or GrabPay. Once payment is completed, please take a screenshot of your payment confirmation page and send it via WhatsApp to +65 8809 7896. Upon verification, medication will be dispatched for delivery or available for self-collection, and your eMC will be available for viewing and download.
